$199 New Patient Offer Guide
What Is the Offer?
We’re currently offering new patients to the practice a comprehensive dental examination, scale, clean and polish, two bitewing X-rays (if clinically required) and fluoride treatment for $199. Eligibility conditions apply – see below.
The offer is designed as a courtesy for patients who are paying without health fund cover, or whose health fund rebate does not fully cover the included services.

Health Fund Information
The $199 offer does not apply where the patient’s health fund cover/rebate for the included treatment exceeds $199.
If the patient’s eligible treatment codes/rebate exceed $199, the standard fees apply rather than the $199 offer.
If the patient has additional treatment identified or performed outside of the offer, this is quoted separately. This may include things such as:
- Fillings
- OPG X-rays
- Digital Wellness Scans
- Further diagnostic procedures
- Other dental treatment
The $199 price is the patient courtesy price for eligible patients. Where a health fund pays a rebate above $199 for the included services, that payment represents the standard cost of the treatment provided and is not a refund or credit payable to the patient.

Who is eligible for the $199 offer?
The offer is available to new patients to the practice who meet the offer conditions and are paying without health fund cover, or whose eligible health fund rebate does not fully cover the included services.

What if the patient has a health fund?
If the patient’s health fund rebate/eligible treatment value exceeds $199, they are not eligible for the $199 offer and standard fees apply.
If their rebate does not fully cover the included services, the $199 courtesy price can apply, subject to the offer terms.
What if the patient’s health fund pays more than $199?
The patient does not receive the difference back.
For example, if the standard eligible service codes result in a health fund payment of $220, the $220 represents the health fund’s payment towards the treatment provided. The patient is not entitled to the additional $21 as a refund.
What if the dentist recommends further treatment?
The $199 offer covers only the services specifically included in the offer.
If the dentist recommends additional treatment, this will be discussed and quoted separately. Consent must be given by the patient before going ahead with any treatment.

- Fillings
- OPG X-rays
- Digital Wellness Scans
- Further diagnostic procedures
- Other dental treatment
No other treatment is included in the $199 offer.
Is the OPG included?
No. The offer includes 2 bitewing X-rays if clinically required.
If an OPG is required, it is additional to the offer and quoted separately, unless your dentist chooses to include it at their discretion.
What if the patient is looking for a clean only?
The $199 offer is structured as a new patient exam and clean package, rather than a standalone clean.
The patient should be booked and communicated with based on the full inclusions of the offer.
